Figuratively or contentwise by asking yourself first, how your information is going to help your audience, before diving into your content. How is your information going to make a difference for them? What message do you have for them?
If you do not put yourself in your audiences’ shoes, before you dive into your content, your presentation might be correct and complete and of high-quality content-wise, but it will not strike a chord with your audience.
Literally, or in how you bring your information across. Be available for your audience when you present. So, not preoccupied with your notes or slides, but really being present. 80% of your concentration should be on your content and being conscious on how you bring your information across and 20% should be reserved for your audience.
Good luck!
